Which mattress range is best for hot sleepers?
Sealy Posturepedic range is designed for temperature regulation, featuring SmarTex® and Ice-Touch™ fabric technology that wicks away moisture and helps maintain a cool, comfortable sleep environment.
Where can I try the Online Exclusive mattress model?
Our online-exclusive mattresses are only available for purchase through our online store and are not displayed in physical Sealy stores. However, if you’d like to try a mattress with a similar feel, our team can recommend one at your nearest Sealy store. Just reach out to us via chat box, and we will be happy to assist!

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure payments via PayPal, major credit/debit cards and online banking are accepted.
How do I apply a discount code?
Kindly enter your promo code at the checkout page before completing payment. Your discount will be applied automatically.
Do you offer an instalment plan?
At the moment, we don’t have instalment plans, but you may check with your credit card provider for instalment options.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does my delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5 to 14 working days, depending on your location. If the mattress is out of stock, it may take 30 to 60 days as all our mattresses are imported. We will always keep you updated on your order status.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia (excluding Langkawi). Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Saturday.
Do you offer old mattress disposal?
Yes, we do! We have partnered with JL Global Enterprise to help you dispose of your old mattress responsibly. T&Cs apply—feel free to contact us for more details.
Warranty & Aftercare
Are Sealy mattresses heavy and difficult to lift for cleaning?
Not at all! Sealy mattresses are designed for easy handling. Our Titanium Coil technology makes the mattress light and incredibly durable. Additionally, our mattress comes with side handles, making it easy to lift and rotate when needed.
Do I need to rotate my mattress?

Our warranty coverage depends on the mattress range:
- Sealy Posturepedic range: 10-Year Guarantee
- Other Sealy range: 10-Year Warranty
