30 Nights Trial Terms & Conditions

  1. Must be outright purchase
  2. If not satisfied with the feel of the mattress within 30 days from delivery date, can exchange for another model.
  3. No refunds
  4. Exchange of model of similar value
  5. If replacement of higher spec, need to pay the difference
  6. If choose lower spec, no refund
  7. Mattress to be return must be in good condition and will not be eligible for exchange if it has any stains, mould, dirt or insect infestation
  8. Mattress will be collected by Sealy at no cost, provided address is within Sealy’s serviced delivery area (except Langkawi and East Malaysia)
  9. Must notify Sealy by email at: [address ], with details of original order and proof of purchase and photographic evidence that mattress is undamaged and not soiled or marked
  10. The mattress must be in donatable and sanitary condition to be eligible for exchange (no stains, tears, burns or soiling including odours)
  11. The customer may exchange a maximum of one (1) mattress and exchange to be validated by original purchaser’s name, billing and shipping address
  12. If a mattress is exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for the 30-day sleep trial on subsequent orders of the mattress
  13. This Exchange Policy and 30-day sleep trial are only applicable to the Sealy PosturePremier Byron
